Who is the longest serving governor of RBI?

Dr. Raghuram Rajan is considered to be the longest-serving governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).  Dr Raghuram Rajan was appointed as the 23rd Governor of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on September 4, 2013, and he served for a period of 3 years, till September 4, 2016.
